Your Right to Data Deletion

At ATO Fitness CRM, we respect your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon your deletion request, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account information (name, email, phone number)
  • All client data you have entered into the platform
  • Communication history and call recordings
  • Invoices and payment records
  • Documents and contracts
  • Calendar events and scheduling data
  • Pipeline and lead tracking information
  • AI-generated insights and analytics

Data We May Retain

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years)
  • Information needed to comply with legal obligations
  • Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data by:

  1. Email Request: Send an email to privacy@atofitnesscrm.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
  2. In-App Request: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account in your dashboard
  3. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team with your deletion request

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted. Please note that deletion is irreversible - once completed, we cannot recover your data.

Before You Delete

Before requesting deletion, we recommend:

  • Exporting any client data you wish to keep
  • Downloading copies of important documents and contracts
  • Settling any outstanding invoices
  • Canceling your subscription to avoid future charges

Third-Party Data

Please note that deleting your ATO Fitness CRM account does not automatically delete data from third-party services you may have integrated (such as Stripe, Google Calendar, or Twilio). You will need to contact those services directly to manage data stored with them.
