9. Google Workspace API user data

ATO Fitness CRM integrates with Google Calendar via the Google Workspace APIs to enable two-way calendar sync, free/busy availability checks, and Google Meet link generation for virtual training sessions. We access this data only with the user's explicit OAuth consent.

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, the data we receive from Google Workspace APIs:

Is used solely to provide the calendar-sync and meeting-link features described above.
Is not transferred to third parties unless required to provide or improve the user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users.
Is not used or transferred for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising.
Is not read by humans unless we have obtained the user's affirmative agreement to view specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or for our internal operations where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
